    I have never had Zaxby's before and I knew this location just opened across from where I regularly bowl so I decided to try it. Being in the restaurant business myself and knowing the challenges of training and staffing I could tell this location is dealing with this. My experience though was nothing short of perfect though. Gentlemen working front counter was kind and had his hands full with several guests while the manager was in the back cooking. He handled every guest with respect and delivered great guest service even helping me make a menu choice.

    What I loved most. They didn't sacrifice food quality for speed. The food was amazing!!!

    I'm only writing this review because it seems like every time I come to this location they forget the sauce that I asked for. I ordered Zac sauce and was told to remind them at the window. I reminded them once I got to the window and then checked the bag as soon as I received it and they weren't in there. Had I not checked my bag before leaving I wouldn't have gotten them.I also ordered 2 salads and they didn't give me the ranch and Caesar dressing for either of them. I don't like being charged for stuff I don't receive and it really shouldn't be up to me to open every single item to see if the sauce is there while I'm driving.

    It is rare that I find myself rating a business 1 star but in this case it is a stretch to give them even 1 star based upon multiple visits to this location.

    I deliver orders for UberEats and also drive for both Uber and Lyft. Apparently Zaxby's employees do not like UberEATS and they make sure to let the driver picking up customers orders know that in no uncertain terms.

    Long waits are the routine. Anyone who enters the restaurant while you are waiting for an order will be served before the Uber order is served. Also, drive through will always be #1 above counter customers and Uber orders.

    On my last visit (Saturday, December 9, 2017) I arrived and after waiting 22 minutes I asked if the order was close to being ready since everyone entering after me had already been served. I was told that Uber was last and was only prepared if they had time and only when nobody else was in the store or in the drive through. I am being very nice in what was told to me but it was much more colorful as told to me by a shift manager.

    I wish I could say this was an isolated incident but this is the third time I have had this experience here. I feel sorry for customers who order delivery and they have to wait excessive lengths of time since as the manager told me "they are not important and they can cancel their orders." These guest may not be in the dining room face to face but they area still Zaxby's guests who have chose to order take out. NOT a good way to treat your customers.

    Also, each time I do deliver a Zaxby's order the order is usually incorrect. All I can do is offer UberEATS customer service number and hope they are refunded.

    AFTER multiple unfilled, delayed, and inaccurate or incomplete orders picked up at various ZAXBY'S I will no longer accept an UBEREATS order request from any ZAXBY'S location. I cannot pass long careless customer service to my end customer.  

    Three are far too many other restaurants who go above and beyond to strive for perfection in every UberEATS order they prepare! I am proud to represent them in making deliveries.

    This is the absolute worst establishment I have ever been too. The person working the drive through told us to wait a minute before taking our order, and then we waited 10 minutes until she got back to us to finally take our order. Not only were they slow after ordering, the food was extremely cold and the order was wrong. Do not recommend at all!

    Yesssssss I absolutely love the Cobb salad with the lite vinaigrette!! The staff were friendly and the food was on pointtttttt !! clean restaurant and not too many people in there when I came in
